The Overshadowing
Original Watercolor – 12x15 – on cold press paper mounted on foam core with Shadow Box Frame & Matted $1199 A scene from “The Chosen” – S3 Ep 3 “Physician, Heal Thyself” I was immediately captivated when I saw this scene…I watched it several times back to back Jesus walks up to his father’s tomb, places his hand on the rock, bows his head & pauses… What is he thinking about? Is he praying? Is he reflecting on his earthly fathers passing or is he “remembering” things to come for him??? I painted this really as only a practice/study piece in watercolor to prep to recreate in oil on bigger canvas, however, as I painted in the “shadow” area – the “shadow” began to take on a life of its own! Is it the Holy Spirit comforting him? Blessing him? Preparing him? When I saw what had appeared on my canvas – I was clearly directed by Holy Spirit to “Stop Here”. Instead of finishing out the background, I painted in the black and called it finished. Upon reflection and further study of this unusual painting – (and with the help of another prophetic friend) we noticed there are other additions hidden in the abstract strokes of the rock & the shadow. There are abstract & clear images of a Lion, Ox, Eagle & a man! |

Harnessing the 7 Spirits of YHVH (GOD)
In the fall of 2022 there was a STRONG presence of horses, stallions, in the spirit. I was seeing them in the spirit & having many dreams about them – therefore I was compelled to paint several representation. Horses represent many things but “strength” was a component that kept coming up for me. I saw this horse covered in the 7 Spirits of God (Isaiah 11:1-3) & Hebrew tradition holds each of these Spirits corresponds with the colors of the rainbow, In a dream, I saw this horse, colored with those 7 Spirits and myself riding that horse. I was riding down a mountain/hill..going incredibly fast - like 100 mph fast!! At the bottom of the hill was a complicated maze. I thought to myself... "how are we going to make it thru that maze with this horse going so fast, it will surely crash!" A voice calmly said "LET GO" - so I dropped the reins & let the horse do as it needed or wanted. To my amazement, as we entered the maze, the horse never slowed or missed a step but gracefully traversed the maze like it wasn't even there. I knew this was a clear message from Father... As I go forward in my daily life, doing so having the strength of these 7 Spirits within me – transferring their strength into me as I move thru my day, I will function with ease & grace, overcoming all obstacles! Riding with this power there is NOTHING to fear or take away my Peace…my Rest is in YHVH! Shalom |

Tasted the Divine
16 x 20 Original Oil on Canvas SOLD Taste & See that the Lord is GOOD! Psalm 34:8 She had been dancing with the King, consumed by His passion over her. She tasted of HIS goodness, 12 glorious bites, naming each along the way, a divine communion just between them. Overwhelmed, she falls back into His river flowing to the throne, fully spent, fully satisfied, flooded by love........forever altered. This image came to me during a conference at Kingdom Encounter Ministries in early Dec 2021. I started & worked on her during several worship sets of the conference, getting the base concept & underpainting completed. I refined her over the next few weeks. |

Warhorse of the Bride

As I was working on another piece I heard the words "warhorse - warhorse", so I ran home between services and got the panel prepared and painted him during next 2 services. Not surprisingly, the worship leader started singing about the "bride riding in on her horse" and later the pastor spoke about seeing a warhorse come forth. I love it when Holy Spirit brings us all into alignment to release what's on God's heart! |
