This is a re-creation of a picture I saw on the internet, it is not my idea or from my imagination. (it was available free on several free reference photos for artists websites. It is also available in many Etsy shops & you may have seen it behind Mike Lindell's desk in his commercials)
It has spoken volumes to me from the moment I saw it. I painted it for myself, for fun. when my mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer, i painted it again for her as a gift of inspiration. i painted it for a missionary friend for her school in the Philippines.
When I was first asked to paint during our worship sessions at church, I lacked confidence and was so nervous to paint in front others. I asked God, "Lord what do you want me to paint?"...his beautiful response..."Paint something you have painted before, to give you Strength & Confidence! "
Immediately I knew this was the one....so I did this same painting again out of my familiarity with the subject, but also to build the "God-fidence" in the new area God had chosen for me to step into.
I have put this picture up on this site for sale as a print as so many people have asked me for it. It is a testament to Jesus for his leadership & faithfulness in my life! Thank you Jesus!
